Guarantee to our patrons and collectors

“Crypto Monkey Anonymous” stands behind the authenticity and quality of our products. We strive to make sure you’re satisfied and want to make the transaction process as easy and transparent as possible. If you’re unsatisfied with one of our products, we’ll do our best to rectify the issue.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days, counting from day of arrival. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase arrival, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless under extreme circumstances. “Crypto Monkey Anonymous” will not in any case, refund the original shipping costs to the customer. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange. Return and exchanges are allowed within 7 calendar days from the date of the receipt (arrival) and must be authorized by “Crypto Monkey Anonymous”, prior to return shipping.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Martin.nielsen.jn@gmail.com and send your item to:

Product returns will only be authorized for Products which are unused and in their original saleable packaging including accessories and/or additional items sold with the Product and be returned with the original invoice and your contact information. “Crypto Monkey Anonymous” reserves the right to request images or other additional assurances that the Product has not been used or installed prior to its return and/or proof of return shipping with a tracking number.

If “Crypto Monkey Anonymous” approves the return, exchange, or refund and discovers upon receipt of the Product that it has been used, worn, does not contain all accessories, or other additional items sold with the Product, it may refuse to return, exchange, or refund the Product purchase price to the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

Orders placed Monday through Friday between 9:00 A.M. PST to 5:00 P.M. CET may be edited or cancelled within one hour of order placement where possible. Please note that changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Those orders that are shipped before a cancellation has been confirmed must be returned by guidelines featured above.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping and Handling

“Crypto Monkey Anonymous” will only ship orders to an address which is on file with your method of payment. Providing different billing and shipping addresses during the checkout process may delay your shipment as we verify both addresses with the selected payment method. If you need to add an authorized or verified address to your card or to Paypal but are not sure how, contact your payment provider or reach out to martin.nielsen.jn@gmail.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If your order needs to be broken into several shipments due to stock status, we will try and let you know in advance, otherwise, your selected shipping method will apply to all shipments created for the order. 

International Shipping

We are proud to fulfil and ship orders to an expanding number of countries around the world via select delivery service providers. We strive to ship all orders within one business day following approval by our fraud detection system.

Please note that “Crypto Monkey Anonymous” is required to declare the retail value of all items in shipments, and that your shipment may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any incurred importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Shipping

 We ship via select international delivery service companies. We strive to ship all orders within one business day following approval by our fraud detection system.

 Did Your Package Arrive with Damaged or Missing Parts

 Shortage and damage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection.  “Crypto Monkey Anonymous” will not initiate any claims with the carrier. All approved refunds will be paid by either check, credit card, or account credit, to be determined by “Crypto Monkey Anonymous”
